Our location in southeast Albuquerque, between the UNM/Nob Hill neighborhoods and the Sandia mountains, is one of the best in New Mexico. Because of its local beauty, business and residential renewal, and the wonderfully diverse population, our opportunities here are great.
Driving Directions: If you arrive in Albuquerque on I-40, take the Louisiana or San Mateo exit, and drive south to Central Avenue. From there, drive east or west because San Pedro is the main street between and parallel to San Mateo and Louisiana. From Central, turn south again on San Pedro. Drive a few blocks to the light at Kathryn. Willow Village Center faces San Pedro. Morning Sun Art and Adult Education is next door to Giovanni Pizza (very handy). A Japanese Sushi and a Vietnamese restaurant are also located in this shopping center.
If you arrive in Albuquerque from I-25, take the Gibson East exit (south of the downtown area), east toward Kirtland AFB and Sandia Labs, and drive east on Gibson until you reach the San Pedro light (just east of the Lovelace Medical Ctr). Turn north at the light, and Willow Village Center is just two blocks.

No pictures yet, but we are expanding our space to include Artist/Artisan Studio Spaces. We are inspired to have a coop in SE Albuquerque that encourages many local residents who would pursue their artistic passions. If you had 200 square feet of concrete floor and unfinished space to slop around in, would you get it together and produce more? Talk to us. We are all about cooperation and collaboration.
We have opportunities here for groups who need temporary space to meet or hold a public workshop. Even though we are open for business on Friday and Saturday, it is possible that groups can do their own thing at the same time. Groups can meet for a public lecture, for a learning workshop...for music lessons! What could be nicer than to hear several students during a group guitar lesson? As long as these are public, legal, moral, and all adult (or children with adult supervision), we have a great space. There is ample parking in the Willow Village parking lot. We have a very new private restroom, built to accomodate the handicapped. We have three restaurants in Willow Village!
